I walked the whole length of the encampment and could not believe my eyes. The smell of urine, human shit (yes shit not waste), used needles, litter all over, people smoking weed and asking for money while sitting in throw up.....absolutely disgusting. Once Obamacare was voted in all you had to do to get MediCal was live in the state one day. This created "rehabs" opening up all over Orange County who advertised across the country soliciting addicts to come to California and live in a rehab house with ocean views....what they did was fly them in and put them up in a hotel for the night. The next day they would sign them up for MediCal and Immediately get approved for 90 days of rehab at an average cost of $30k a month. Us Democrats have been bamboozled by the far left! Bond after bond....on top of "Mello Roos", assessments, etc..... if you pay more than 1.2% in property tax you're getting reamed. On top of your income taxes, states taxes, gas taxes, cell phone taxes, utility taxes, etc...etc...etc... We need to vote these losers out and get this state cleaned up. Fix the African American communities and lower income citizens first then once that's a 100% solid we help who we can.
